At Matchame, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-quality matcha experience. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. As matcha is a food product, and for strict health and safety reasons, your item must be in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return: unopened (with its original safety seal intact), unused, and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at xxx@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, if the packaging has been compromised, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return to verify its unopened condition, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
